Expect the Incredible
Israel knew and experienced the incredible acts of God. Yet that generation did not enter the promise land. We have an enemy that pursues us and if we are going to have victory over him we will need to not only expect and experience the incredible but understand the ways and strategies of God. God has a strategy of victory that many of us can miss when we are only looking for an act of victory rather than the way of victory.
Women of Influence
God desires to use and place women in situations where they encourage and influence for God. The place you currently find yourself is where God desires to start influencing through you. Where he takes you from there is an adventurous journey with the Lord. The story of Deborah is an encouraging testament to all women who desire to be godly influencers.
The Work of Transformation
This teaching comes from the Isaiah passage that Jesus began his ministry with. Jesus made five proclamations of what his kingdom purpose and intent was while on this earth. He is still transforming lives today. And when our lives are touched and changed by the transforming power of God, an indisputable testimony is laid forth for Christ and to the world.
Redemptive Suffering
The Christian life is a life called to joy and abundant living, but it is also a call to die. And when it is a call to die, it is often a call to suffering. Suffering is more than just physical pain, it is also emotional, relational and situational. God calls us to accept into our lives the difficulties and to rejoice at them and the work that is done within us. When we learn to yield to His purposes in suffering we gain an understanding of his redemptive work through our suffering.
